Older adults rely on a number of programs to access health care, long-term care, oral health, and other services. These programs can be complex and may be difficult for both older adults and advocates to navigate. These legal trainings and resources help legal assistance, elder rights, and aging and disability services professionals build expertise to navigate these programs.
NCLER provides free case consultation assistance for attorneys and professionals seeking more information to help older adults.
